VAM SYSTEMS is currently looking for for our 2G - Mobile Radio Optimization Consultant for our Bahrain operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:
Skill Set required:
Should have Strong hands on experience on Ericsson Radio Network and must have
1. Knowledge of 2G Radio Network Planning & Optimisation which includes
a. Planning of new sites for coverage & capacity
b. Site Surveys/ candidate selection
c. Frequency,Neighbor planning
d. BSS parameter tuning
e. BSS features
2. Working experience on OSS, MCOM/MapInfo,ASSET,Busineess Object etc
3. Knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), counters etc
4. Minimum 2-3 years Drive experience using TEMS Investigation
5. Post processing of Drive Test Data/ Troubleshooting using TEMS,Actix etc
Experience Required: Minimum 4 yrs.
Terms and conditions:
Joining time frame : immediate (maximum 2 weeks)
The selected candidates shall join VAMSYSTEMS- Bahrain and shall be deputed to one of the leading organizations in Bahrain.
